I’ve Tried to get into working out so many times over the years, and Bennettt is honestly the only reason I’ve ever been able to stick with it. I genuinely look forward to our sessions every week, which is something I never thought I’d say. He’s positive and supportive, and somehow makes accountability feel encouraging instead of stressful. One of the things i appreciate most is how good he is at working around whatever is going on with my body. Whether it’s pain, an injury, mobility issues, or just not having my best day, he always finds a way to keep me moving and progressing without making me feel like I’m falling behind. My experience with Bennett began at the beginning of last summer. I had been playing volleyball and stepped in a divot. I twisted my leg and turns out, I partially tore my meniscus. The doctor said that rehabilitation would help. I ran into Bennett in the gym and he said that he could help with that. In a couple of months, my leg was feeling great again. That’s when a deal was being offered for discounted one-on-one training sessions. I thought of Bennett immediately! I reached out, we set some goals and went for it! He worked with me for almost 4 months and we had a ton of success! For a man in his mid to late 50’s, my progress was amazing. I reached my overall goal of getting to 15% body fat! With that, my doctor also noticed (in my annual checkup) that my blood pressure, cholesterol, and visceral fat levels all dropped as well. He described the results as excellent!! Bennett was great to work with. He tailored the advice and coaching to my preferences. And best of all, he is positive and inspiring! I would definitely recommend him to guide you with your health journey!

During the last nine years of retirement, I have worked with very competent and capable personal trainers, each with their own special area of emphasis and expertise, to set and successfully achieve various cardio, strength, and weight goals. Bennett brings his own unique expertise in exercise science, dietary strategies, goal setting, and his easy, but accountability focused manner has helped me to not only safely achieve my strength training goals, but to often exceed them resulting in new personal records. For example, under Bennett’s direction I have progressed from doing sets of ten body weighted pull ups to now doing sets of ten weighted (10 Ibs.) pull ups, a personal record, and also for me, a seemingly unbelievable accomplishment! I’m so proud and grateful to have reached that milestone and could not have done it without Bennett’s very able expertise and guidance. He is easy to work with and is able to connect with and motivate a variety of clients. Bennett is results focused, yet takes a personal interest in the needs of his clients and establishes a sense of trust to promote a real personal training team and support environment. I really appreciate his keen sense of confidence, humility, and eagerness to celebrate client achievements.
